Booking and Cancellation Policies

CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT

• Your lesson is *not confirmed* until your payment is made. You may pay using Confirm Your Reservation , or for larger groups, we will send you a Paypal link to make a payment using any credit card you like (note that no Paypal account is required).

CANCELLATION and NO-SHOWS

• You may cancel your lesson up to two days (48 hours) prior to your booking date for a refund minus a €20 admin fee.

• If we have to cancel your lesson due to weather, we will attempt to reschedule it during your stay. If we are unable to coordinate a different time, we will refund your entire payment minus a €20 admin fee.

• If you cancel your lesson within two days of the lesson start date, or fail to appear, there is no refund.

• Your instructor will wait at your appointed meeting place for 20 minutes and attempt to contact you via your method if you do not appear. If we cannot make contact and we do not hear from you, your lesson will be considered cancelled and not eligible for refund.
